Data processed

When you visit the website

The host’s server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of the visit, page requested, type of browser. This data is used only for the operation and security of the website.

Retention period: at least 7 days, according to the host’s documentation  (external site, opens in a new tab).

When you play a video

Videos only load if you click “Play”. Your browser then receives them from Infomaniak’s video service, which receives your IP address, like any server that sends a file.

When you write to contact@olympic-arts.com

Your email address, your name and the content of your message are used only to reply to you. They are kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted.

Audience measurement

To find out which pages are viewed, the website uses Matomo, a statistics tool installed on a server of the publisher (stats.olympic-arts.com), hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. No data is passed on to third parties or used for advertising purposes.

Opting out of audience measurement

If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, no measurement takes place. Otherwise, you can opt out below; your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, without a cookie. In that case, the statistics tool is not even loaded.

Recipients and hosting location

Only the host, Infomaniak Network SA, has access to this data, on behalf of the publisher. It is hosted in data centres located in Switzerland. No data is sold or passed on to third parties.
